GeoCapture is a geotagging camera application. To function, we require:

• Location Data: Accessed only to embed GPS coordinates into your photo metadata (EXIF).
• Camera and Storage: Accessed only to capture and save photos directly to your device.

Note: This data is processed locally. We do not collect or store your photos or location history on our own servers.

2. Children’s Privacy (Families Policy Compliance)

As GeoCapture is available to a target audience that includes children:

• No Personal Collection: We do not knowingly collect or request personal information (such as names, addresses, or emails) from children under the age of 13 (USA/COPPA) or 16 (EU/GDPR).
• No Behavioral Tracking: We do not use behavioral advertising or transmit "Personally Identifiable Information" (PII) to third parties.
• Appropriate Content: All features of the app are designed to be appropriate for all ages.

3. Hosting and Third-Party Services

Our Privacy Policy and website are hosted on Netlify. Netlify may collect basic technical logs (like IP addresses) for security and performance purposes. You can view their policy at netlify.com/privacy.

We do not use any third-party SDKs that are prohibited for use in apps that target children.

4. Advertising Policy

If the app displays advertisements, we ensure that:

• All ads shown are appropriate for children and families.
• We only use Google Play Certified Ad Networks.
• Interest-based advertising is disabled for child users.

5. Data Storage and Security

All photos taken with GeoCapture are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your photo gallery. Users are responsible for the photos they share, as those files contain embedded location metadata.
